@NotA_Bull credit is also the biggest hidden factor, cant be getting a 30 year mortage with bad credit, comparable to a life sentence

@NotA_Bull there is no denying its a liability, but there are benefits to contributing to something that rarely goes down in price. renting is obviously not a liability, but tax credits are lost, potential gains from real estate are gone, and losing the oppurtunity to refinancing
