Ladies and Gents
This is an absolute deliberate major cover-up in the Charlie Kirk assassination case and it’s staring everyone in the face.
Utah investigators and police didn’t even do the most basic thing required in any real homicide probe: they didn’t properly seize Lance Twigg’s phone.
They just took pictures of it.
2/ Tyler Robinson is accused of assassinating Charlie Kirk. Prosecutors say he sent messages to his roommate/partner Lance Twigg about the planning… and then about what happened afterward.
Those messages are central to the state’s case for premeditation and guilt.
So why didn’t they seize Twigg’s phone the right way and pull the meta-data?
3/ Under federal law that applies in Utah (Riley v. California, 2014), law enforcement must seize the phone and get a warrant for full forensic extraction in a case like this.
That means call logs, texts, location data, and especially the meta-data — the digital fingerprints (timestamps, device IDs, GPS, transmission records) that prove who really sent what and when.
Just taking pictures? That’s not forensics. That’s negligence — or worse.
4/ They also failed to properly examine the phones of the people Robinson was supposedly messaging for independent verification.
Without the actual meta-data from Twigg’s device, there is no reliable way to authenticate those messages or rule out alteration, fabrication, or injection.
This isn’t how real investigations work. This is how evidence gets compromised.
5/ The defense now has a massive opening.
They can file motions to suppress the text evidence because it lacks proper foundation and chain of custody.
They can argue spoliation —
the state had a duty to preserve the best evidence (full phone forensics and meta-data) but failed to do so, prejudicing the defense.
6/ They can ask the judge for an adverse inference instruction to the jury: “Because the state didn’t preserve the meta-data, you may infer it would have hurt their case.”
They can cross-examine investigators on why they ignored basic protocol and create reasonable doubt on the single most important piece of digital evidence.
7/ Where the hell is the meta-data from Lance Twigg’s phone?
That’s the question that should be echoing through every courtroom filing and every news report.
Because if the state can’t or won’t produce it, the entire narrative built on those messages starts to collapse.
8/ This isn’t sloppy police work in a minor case.
This is a high-profile assassination investigation where the most basic digital evidence preservation rules were apparently ignored.
The defense doesn’t need to prove a grand conspiracy.
They just need to show the state destroyed its own best chance at proving the messages were real.
That’s how you create reasonable doubt. That’s how cases fall apart.
The meta-data tells the real story.
Why did they make sure we can’t see it?

These iPhone screenshots are clearly fabricated.
1- iPhone messages don’t touch or overlap like they do here. There is a clear space between normal messages. Not here.
2- Look at the bottom message. The letters are way too large, even for all caps
3 - There are clear bubble overlaps. Look at bottom message.
This is so bad. They need to get the actual phone records bc these are so fake it’s embarrassing.

I was amazed to see this woman do a psychic reading in regards to the Charlie Kirk assassination ONE DAY after his murder. She says:
“There’s also a female that is working on his case, I believe, like on this whole investigation that’s like a badass… um he keeps talking about her… ‘thank you thank you thank you thank you’”
Don’t worry Charlie, you’re big sis Candace will figure it out. ❤️

🚨Huge Trial Reality Check: The evidence presented points to Tyler Robinson, not Erika Kirk. Even the defense hasn't meaningfully challenged the core evidence placing him on campus. Yet conspiracy theorists continue to target a grieving widow with baseless accusations.
Watching people smear Erika while she mourns her husband is beyond shameful. It's cruel, wicked, and completely unsupported by the evidence presented in court. Stop turning grief into conspiracy.
