As always, the problem isn’t the team trying to win, it’s the 20 who can’t be assed. If Manfred threatened his 10 cheapest ownership groups with eviction by motivated mega billionaires overnight stuff would change, but he lets them coast.

Trading a year of games for a salary cap they couldn’t implement anywhere near right away is insane!
