@DGlaucomflecken I had a full ride to medical school and it absolutely impacted my willingness to choose a low paying specialty (Peds Endo was a worse financial decision than primary care). While this may not drive more people towards primary care, it will stop driving them away!

What an incredible gift! I’d love to know if this changes the schools match data significantly going forward. Is there a shift to more students choosing primary care specialties when you remove student loan burden?
