@united still sitting on the plane on the ground in sf now. 3hours sitting on a plane that has no APU so minimal AC. 5 hours delayed total now. #unitedsucks still no help. One small bottle of water.

@airunItedhelps Or we can just talk here so everyone can see you just pay lip service to customer service. I already spent time with your customer service team when we were 3 hours delayed. No sitting on #UA194 waiting for a new crew in an over heated plane because the APU is broken
