@shoppersstop very poor experience with customer care. I had ordered (order number sb_1083642 ,a red Samsonite minter trolley. Blue colour was delivered and no one is picking it for return as it is blue. All calls to customer care ask to wait for 24-48 hrs and nothing happens.
