Bought a Casio A2487 from @shoppersstop online as a gift.
Outer packaging fine, but inside: no protective film on dial, missing polythene pouch, warranty card messed up + watch already turned on.
Classic QC fail ❌
Emailed them (including Grievance team) with photos & unboxing video. Watch works fine so no return, but this isn’t a “new” experience.
Another day, another QC related disappointment.
Time brands & stores start taking QC seriously.
