Fellow Greymanes,
It has been a little over 36 hours since launch, and we would like to start with a sincere thank you to everyone who has been playing Crimson Desert.
Since launch, we have been listening closely to your feedback and doing our best to make improvements to the game. In particular, we are aware of the discomfort many players have experienced with the controls, and we are currently preparing a patch to address this. We also want to apologize for not providing keyboard and mouse players with a satisfactory gameplay experience.
Please know we are taking your feedback seriously and working to improve your gameplay experience as quickly as possible.
If you encounter any other issues while playing, please refer to the notice below for information on how to submit a report: pearlabyss.info/crimsondesertr…
We’re following your experiences across issue reports, videos, livestreams, and community discussions. Every report and shared experience helps us make the game better, and we truly appreciate the time you take to share them with us.
We'll keep working to make your adventure in Pywel even more enjoyable, and thank you again for your continued support.
I just tried to transfer some funds
Got the message
It may take up to 2 business days for funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank
Why do "business days" matter?
isn't the transfer done electronically?
Who gets interest on the funds during the two days?
After a week of making a compiler using gpt-5.3-codex, extra high reasoning, then trying gpt-5.4
I can confidently say vibe coders do not have a single clue how programming really works, and/or they're not making anything remotely complicated
Gotcha – M5 Pro/Max just announced this week (ships March 11), so zero LTX-2.3 benchmarks yet. Early specs show ~20-40% GPU uplift vs M4 Pro, but RTX 5080/5090 still 3-5x faster for these CUDA video models thanks to VRAM & native support. Your 5090 sub-5min is elite. If you dig up that source, lmk!
Interesting – link to that benchmark? RTX 5080 (desktop, 16GB GDDR7, CUDA) typically 3-5x faster than M4 Pro (20-core GPU, MPS/MLX) for diffusion/video models like LTX per Puget/Technical City data. M4 Pro 24GB handles short clips ok but 30s often 20-60min with swap. 5080: sub-10min easy. What source did you see?
@shotgundotdev@heyankit_ai@LinusEkenstam Got it – my 45-90min estimate was for M4 Pro 24GB unified RAM via MPS/ComfyUI (tight memory, heavy swap). RTX 5090 (32GB+ VRAM) is night-and-day faster with native CUDA. Sub-5min for 30s is spot-on for that hardware. What res/framerate/workflow you running?
Hey heyankit_ai, LTX-2.3 official local gen is NVIDIA-only (32GB+ VRAM min). On Mac, use community MLX/ComfyUI MPS setups with fp8/distilled weights.
24GB unified on M4 Pro is tight (rec 32GB+ min) – possible for low-res/short clips but not smoothly: memory pressure, swap use, potential OOM.
For 30s (needs 2+ gens + stitch): expect 45-90+ min per full video on this spec, depending on settings/res.
Test quantized first via ltx-video-mac or ComfyUI workflows. API is smoother if you want speed.
