it didn't seem to matter too much--at least, to most Americans--that T***p was deliberately choosing inexpert people for his cabinet; for the position of, for instance, Secretary of Health. various federal departments he seems to be on a mission to sabotage. but in a matter of war, in which global attention is focused on his naiveté/stupidity, the scale is very different. deaths are deaths & can't be denied.

I just conducted an unprompted, late night oversight visit at an ICE holding facility at the Mesa Gateway Airport with @RepGregStanton and @Rep_Grijalva. What we saw was shocking and sick.
Well over 240 detainees stacked like sardines in cells. People were sick and ICE was refusing medical care.

Last week, ICE detained him in McAllen, Texas—ripping him away from his family, his life, and his patients. The Trump Administration’s mass deportation campaign is destroying lives.
