Most EdTech content is written about school leaders. This one was written with them, by them and for the benefit of Education community. 15 superintendents came together to share what's actually working, what isn't, and what they wish more people understood about leading schools today. The result is the "Leaders of Tomorrow" eBook, and it launches May 1, 11AM EDT. No fluff. No theory. Just honest perspectives from people running real schools. “What do kids actually do in the hubs?” Not what you think. They’re not just learning concepts. They’re: → solving puzzles → experimenting → building things → figuring stuff out on their own The activity is just the surface. The real outcome? They learn how to THINK. @AllThingsClsrm

Most EdTech products die in the pilot stage not because the tool is bad, but because there’s no simple implementation system teachers can run after one staff meeting.

The hardest part of building something from scratch isn't the idea. It isn't the funding. It isn't the competition. It's the Tuesday mornings. When nothing is happening. When no one is calling. When the plan that made sense on Monday makes no sense today. And you still have to show up. Open the laptop. Start. That's the entire job.

True story from a pilot school last month: One teacher walked in saying, "I don’t have time for this." 45 minutes later she was running a full resilience discussion with 22 students of grade 6 who were actually laughing while learning 21st Century skills. @TomoClub_edu's multi player, game-based Future Ready Skills program does exactly this: short gameplay + real talk. Because AI can write your lesson plans but it still can’t coach a kid when they are randomly cut off from the team!

Don’t Post for validation. You’ll lose the joy that got you started. Post what you love. Let the right people find it.
