@warikoo The phase after the intial momentum dies down is where the real test of character is!

The hardest part of building something from scratch isn't the idea. It isn't the funding. It isn't the competition. It's the Tuesday mornings. When nothing is happening. When no one is calling. When the plan that made sense on Monday makes no sense today. And you still have to show up. Open the laptop. Start. That's the entire job.

True story from a pilot school last month: One teacher walked in saying, "I don’t have time for this." 45 minutes later she was running a full resilience discussion with 22 students of grade 6 who were actually laughing while learning 21st Century skills. @TomoClub_edu's multi player, game-based Future Ready Skills program does exactly this: short gameplay + real talk.
