Something new. See you tomorrow, link below. @heyclicky

(re) Introducing the FIRST free and open-source, multi-agent IDE environment where you build your own interface with replaceable and extendable "blocks" CodeSurf is now in early open-source preview and in continous development so expect things to change. An Infinite Canvas, dockable blocks, create any arrangement you like in a unique layout editor or live -- make a codex, conductor, inspector, bolt, an AI browser, anything -- all blocks auto-connect and communicate with each other. Use the built-in blocks, and example extensions like the artifact creator and more or replace them, every block is effectively an MCP with tooling; the browser has @clusoapp built-in. Unlike other agent orchestrators, CodeSurf will be able to run official VSCode extensions without VSCode, natively and fully running inside the canvas. Already tested are Claude, Codex, Kilo Code and more. No waitlist, no smooth website (yet), no packaged builds yet, just raw, in-progress build-in-public source code. The old name was "Contex" you might see that around and working on updating everything plus docs for extension building. 100% free and open-source. Repo below
