The Limerick Women’s Caucus was hosted at Government Buildings today by Senator Maria Byrne. The group met with Minister Kieran O’ Donnell, Limerick representatives Maurice Quinlivan TD, Brian Leddin TD, Richard O’Donoghue TD & Senators Jerry Buttimer & Paul Gavan. The caucus met members of the Dail women’s Caucus and had a very fruitful discussion on common issues and initiatives. @limerickwomen #CountHerIn

4) I am protesting in the chamber until I am offered an explanation from the Mayor Cllr Francis Foley as to why the democratic process has been subverted.

1) AN EMERGENCY MEETING of @LimerickCouncil has just ended without debating the motion it was called to hear. Instead, a counter motion was put down without the hearing of the motion calling for a discussion of the eviction ban.

3) Not only do Fine Gael and Fianna Fáil refuse to answer the question as where those being evicted are meant to go but now, they have hit a new low by ignoring the democratic process.
