@British_Airways You lost my baggage on flight from Paris to London on 24 Dec which has important stuff. I keep calling customer service and you keep telling me to call another number. This is ridiculous. Your staff is rude and unhelpful on the phone.

@British_Airways How long do I need to wait though? We arrived on 24th and they said the baggage should be with you by Xmas. We called yesterday and customer services said it's in London. Can someone just confirm if the baggage is located or not? Can you DM me so I can give you a reference number

@shrutitripathi6 As the bag was only reported missing on 24 December we need to give the baggage team more time before we can request an update. Sadly there really isn't anything else I can say. I hope you get your bag back soon. John

@British_Airways What are you guys doing so that I don't have to wait much longer? You haven't even asked me for a reference number to check where my bags are at? The bag has important stuff that people from age 4 to age 72 need. Please help me

@shrutitripathi6 I'm not sure why they have advised a time frame as nothing can ever be guaranteed All we can advise is that the baggage team are doing their best to reunite you with your bag as quickly as they can. I hope you don't have much longer to wait. John

@shrutitripathi6 There is nothing we can do to speed up the process. The baggage team will already be doing all they can to locate your bag as quickly as they can. Once it has been found someone will be in touch to arrange the delivery. John
