@Imani_Barbarin So I do a lot of these hip flexor stretches seated backwards in a chair, using the back of the chair to help pull the stretch or put more pressure. YMMV, but I can get almost as good a stretch with the chair as I used to be able to get without.

Are there accessible versions of this?

I'm being challenged to learn what I never thought I could through a new medium, my expertise is valued, the humans are AMAZING and so dang talented, and the community is to die for. I expressed to him that I'm not doing okay and I'd like some space. That what he said to me last week really hurt me. And I'd rather have some space while I recover. This was his response. I'm trying to trust myself but I'd also like to hear others perspective on this.

My Gramps couldn’t recognize any of us for years. He knew he loved us, we comforted him, but he was a lost little boy and reverted back to speaking in German aside from his few moments of horrible clarity where he realized what was happening to him. It is an awful, awful disease

@joyxvalentine It really depends on how much you sink into the Show Conspiracies and trying to figure things out. Season 2 is very slow paced and there’s some major things that happened that fans are not OK with. Season 3 so far is a step up from Season 2 in all ways.

@Umbral_KnightX I’m fully convinced that Trump is gonna try to find a way to get criminal charges against defaulted folk, for “stealing” from the government. I guess we all shouldn’t have been born poor, raised to think college was the only way, and then spent our adulthood in recessions.

My coworker got notice yesterday that her student loan payments went up nearly 10x to well over $1500 a month. Anyone who believes that hammering nearly 12% of the US population with payments they can't afford won't have a massive negative impact spending and the economy is 1/
