Is driving an EV in the rain for 30 mins a "Customer Fault"? My barely 4-month-old @VinFastofficial @VinFastIN EV died completely on the highway after its very first exposure to rain. Now they’re refusing my warranty and blaming me. A total nightmare. #VinFast #EVIndia 1/6

@shyamfr @VinFastofficial @VinFastIN Just my similar experience with @anandmahindra @Mahindra_Auto My car had similar failure towed xev 9e to service centre team from Mahindra inspected car and battery they did not find any major issue as car switched on after 48 hours still they went ahead and replaced battery

@VinFastIN @VinFastofficial The Con call with Amir is just check the status of the vehicle - I am not sure what changed from yesterday and the telecaller even read out my email from today morning as well. Why no one responds to the email when you acknowledge you received and confirmed the same over call?

@VinFastIN @VinFastofficial This "right away" didn't come yet and even I called VinFast customer care for any update - They again promised 30mins and you'll be connected over conference call with Amir - Service center manager and Vinfast senior management.

Dealers and service centers are also help less. MONEY MINDED. #makeinindia .. in a such big country it will be not easy to continue your business.
