YSMA has joined the residency museum network of @TheMuseumsLab. In 2026, we will be hosting our first-ever international residency for African & European museum professionals—marking a new chapter of collaboration, knowledge exchange and promotion of the museum practice globally.

Founded on the visions of @pau_nigeria and @DrShyllon and sustained through strong governance, YSMA demonstrates how cultural investment can create enduring social impact and value for society.

Recently, we welcomed participants of the Sustainable Impact Philanthropy Programme (SIPP) from @LBSNigeria. Drawn from different non-profit organizations and foundations across Africa, the leaders engaged with the museum as a case study in long-term, structured philanthropy.
