@tudelft's travel insurance being a dumpster fire: I call the 24h emergency no. where the confused AF guy cannot recognize my policy no., makes me wait 30 min & tells me TUD changed brokers & he doesn't know the correct one. I call TUD control room no. & no one picks up. Wtf??
