If exchange rates had stayed at 2018 levels, we would have hit $5 tn by now. But currently we're only at $3.6 tn.

Most prime office spaces all over #Pune are covered with these encroachments. Because they provide cheap food options for workers, it means either companies are not providing affordable canteen facilities, or there are not enough brick-and-mortar F&B outlets—or the existing ones are simply too expensive. The PMC is not doing its job to remove these encroachments across the city. This only creates law-and-order issues, unhygienic streets, and illegal parking on main roads, which causes more traffic jams and leaves no space for pedestrians to walk. It's better not to even talk about the aesthetics here. The PMC could build small markets for these vendors using low-cost containers in nearby designated areas and charge them a fee. This would solve many problems at once.

Gold is a useless and unproductive asset. It does not create jobs, manufacture goods, provide services, or generate cash flows for the economy.
It is essentially a piece of metal that needs to be stored securely while investors hope it appreciates in value over time and does not end up in a thief's hands.
Unlike businesses, farms, factories, or productive real estate, gold return depends primarily on someone else being willing to pay a higher price in the future.
