The cause is I was on cc with copilot-api and ran out of half weekly usage of 3 github accounts just to finish a single task(no more than 20k tokens). Then I turned to GPT for backup and found that codex desktop was available now in windows(I only used cli for common review).

@silence957 no, we are just adding capacity, and instead of deteriorating everyone's experience we are just making sure we can keep up as we add more GPUs. Absolutely plan to add them back.
