@DoubleTree Tried to call your UK office, opening hours 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday... However it's now 09:21hrs so how does that work? Very disappointed in the service after my stay in Savannah, booking hold fee still hasn't been returned as well as unauthorised transactions.

Just to make everyone aware of just how sh*t @UPS is. Parcel sent 15/12/2025... And it still hasn't arrived. Properly shit service. Will never ever use UPS again. Have also stumbled upon a ups group on FB where many have had similar experiences.
