I kind of dissapeared , I’ve been trying to eat normally (but binging) because I want to recover. Good thing I only gained 1kg in 3 weeks
But the voices are too loud, Im trying to keep myself away and enjoy live , I will be 27 this year -

I was looking in the mirror and I noticed a gap forming, I’m still 112kg so I don’t think it’s a thigh gap but it’s more like my body is finally “ shaping “ I will try and take a pic tomorrow

From 1 to 10 how fucked am I ? This weekend aka in less than 24h I have 4 different gatherings, in 4 different restaurants 2x day . I know I will be 109 by tomorrow or really close to it but I know that number won’t last I’m researching their menus and NONE of them have cals 🥹

@down2theb0ne In one restaurant I did eat a salad, for the 2nd restaurant I cried in the bathroom because I was so scared of the weight gain. 3rd place the food was so salty it destroyed my stomach, the last restaurant was so delicious I literally wish I wasn’t so full i would have ate more 😭
