Wow! I ran @Cardiff10K today, run by @Run4Wales, and this was the medal I (and I assume everyone) received. Very unique and super inclusive. The medals from some events can get a bit samey, this one's not. I'm happy to add this medal to the rack on my office wall.

After watching the @TourofBritain on Caerphilly mountain today, my two @GeraintThomas86's couldn't wait to get in the hot tub.
