Today is our @SportsMemNet session with a really interesting guest speaker in Nigel Kent who was Durham CCC’s physio for no less than 23 years. @DrJN_SportsMed Unfortunately none. The sore point was always where the bowler made first contact with the bowling crease. Very difficult to get them landing differently. Gel heel cups seemed to increase the pressure on the area. Tape helped when RTP to stop the heel pad ‘splaying’
