@silverjoys i was so unprepared for the situation and couldn't *do* anything because she and her crew were taking up the entire section of the aisle that i needed to be working, that i just went to the bathroom for two minutes to avoid having a total conniption fit

@Areaer_Novels hahaha even my "organized" document i started to shift things to doesn't have any rhyme or reason to why i wrote it the way i did.

When someone asks how you keep track of your world-building... And almost everything you do looks like a disorganized mess to anyone else, yet you can pants consistent, layered worlds & keep it all in your head. Somehow.

Being a writer means constantly searching "shades of [insert colour]" so you can avoid using "blue as the ocean", "firey red" or "white as snow" all the time.

But I do not do it much because typing it in is a multipler of typos. And I've always written in hand to the same standards I do typing :) And I can't do re-writes: if I try, I end up writing a completely different story!

Also, 95% of the time, my thoughts take so long to form linear sentences that my hands can keep up just fine. I've torn through a LOT of notebooks.
