Again With respect Phumzile, you've written a long piece about Sizwe's state of mind and said very little about the actual substance.
You use 'unless and until' to suggest the ConCourt blessed everything that follows including the interdict. But read it again slowly. The process MUST proceed unless and until the report is SET ASIDE. Not reviewed. Not challenged in a filing. Actually set aside by a court. That has not happened. So Parliament's obligation to proceed is still alive right now today.
You say review and interdict are par for the course with parliamentary reports. Fine. But you are glossing over something critical ,an urgent interdict is not a review. A review tests whether something was lawful. An urgent interdict STOPS a ConCourt mandated process before that test is even complete. Those are not the same instrument and you know that.
And then you spend three paragraphs telling @SizweMpofuWalsh he got over-excited and let emotions cloud his judgment. That's not legal analysis Phumzile. That's a character assessment. You are doing to Sizwe exactly what you accused him of doing to the legal process ,making it personal.
You hold him in high regard. He knows that. We all know that. But high regard doesn't make the $800k disappear. It doesn't explain four years of silence. And it doesn't answer why urgency only arrived the moment the ANC majority could no longer protect him.
The argument is not beneath Sizwe. The evasion is beneath the President.

@ApostleDeza She wanted to be called a brave soldier by Ramaphosa, who later used and discarded her. She deserves everything happening to her.

Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula helped block Ramaphosa’s impeachment‼️‼️‼️
EFF MPs: No to corruption, high unemployment and loadshedding! Ramaphosa must answer for the Phala Phala crimes.
NA Speaker, ANC’s Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula: ANIMALS out!
We are in full agreement with the TG, Cmsr @OmphileMaotwe, that “Mapisa must go and rot in jail for all the wrong things she has done to the people of South Africa.”
It was Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula who blocked the impeachment of Cyril Ramaphosa, and today she wants public sympathy. These old ANC crooks think all South Africans are from Luthuli House.

@MbalulaFikile Uliwexuwexu wena, you will never taste the presidency of this country. All the old people that voted ANC claiming to be voting for Mandela are gone. The new voters know who you are and what you stand for #PhalaphalaJudgement

@gndzongana @van_wyk4115 Conflict of interest perhaps 🤷🏻♀️. If the white law firms that were told not to represent you do business with the people who took you to court, then they could not represent you.
English

@van_wyk4115 Because it's their choice to do so. My question why black lawyers do the same?
English

People are arguing that Senior Advocate Thembeka Ngcukaitobi is prevented by the law from refusing to represent white law firms, meaning he cannot refuse based on his professional ethics.
My fellow Africans, white law firms were instructed not to represent me in the Western Cape during my trial for incitement of violence and damaging public property. They made it clear that their clients had told them not to represent me, or else they would stop doing business with them.
I don’t buy that justification, because the top legal firms in the Western Cape never minced their words in my case. It was only after a brother and comrade of mine stepped in that I defeated the Boers.
I think we need to be principled as African people, just like the Dutch colonial settlers.

@ZizinjaAbelungu @Julius_S_Malema On Adam’s he’s totally wrong. Adam’s was given an opportunity to present himself, he chose drama. He wanted Sympathy and CIC fell for it.
English

Julius Malema had political disagreements with President Zuma for many years, However, when Zuma was illegally arrested, Malema was among the first to call Cyril Ramaphosa and argued for a presidential pardon. He even said:
“We have no prisons in SA, we have correctional services … How will we correct an 80-year-old and reintegrate? So Zuma is going to be a wasteful expenditure.”
Today, when he sees what he believes to be injustices against another human being, he speaks out. He is not wrong.

@Julius_S_Malema @_NMabaso Not this time, leadership. He said was given an opportunity to hand himself in, instead he went rogue and called a press conference and insulted Police. Ngeke! He called this to himself.
