NanoBanana 2 just made your static ad agency obsolete. And I just open sourced the entire tool. Drop your product page URL. It pulls your logos, product images, fonts, colors, and brand voice automatically. Builds a full brand guide for you. Then generates ad creatives at scale using nearly 4,000 high-performing ad templates across 8 niches. It dynamically matches the best templates to your brand and brief. Here's what makes it different: → Instant resizing Get any ad in 1x1, 4x5, 9x16 with one click. No regeneration. No broken text. → Highlight-to-edit See an issue? Highlight the area and tell it what to fix. → Multiple brand profiles Run different brands or segments from one tool. → Auto persona building from real customer reviews → Multiple QC loops on briefs and final assets Catches AI-isms before you do. → Upload your own templates or use ours Runs locally. Just needs your Claude and Google API keys. This is the lite version of what we use internally. You get the full finished tool AND the open source code to make it your own. Creatives still design the system, this handles iteration and scale. Want a copy to download? 1. Like this post 2. Comment "AI" Will DM you the tool along with a tutorial shortly after.

Resilia is doing ~$20M/month → Their funnel is insanely optimized → Subs system feels invisible → Clean, conversion-focused design → Simple… but extremely effective I rebuilt their entire theme (with fully editable sections you can use) If you want it: Comment “THEME” + RT

Just paid out one of our Organic AI creators $200k for February (and he did $100k in January) He runs some of the Instagram/Facebook pages you see screenshotted by LARPers daily on twitter to sell $30 pdfs You read that right... no tiktok shop, only meta organic Should I drop a thread on how creators are scaling to $100k+ profit months with AI on only IG/FB? Btw, these creators are making the brand $5m+ revenue monthly... straight to Amazon

@DTCMidas @dtcprophet How are you guys deciding what ads to put in ad set with 30 ads? Are you designing full funnel ads for that? TOF MOF BOF and then launching? Seems logical

Moved our ad account over to a single CBO campaign and testing new ad sets with min/max 20-30 ads per ad set Performance and spend up so far and getting more/better spend distribution across ads It is much easier to manage than having an separate ABO testing campaign and a scale campaign. And Meta is obviously a better budget allocator than I am I found trying to scale between ABO and the separate scale campaign inefficient, how do I better than Meta where to add the next $500/day in budget? The more I adjust our ad account to be best built for meta's delivery models the better it does Will report back in a week or two on performance

$78k in sales came from an ad that looks like a crying pixar tooth, not a dental brand no dentist in a white coat, no clinical close-ups, no before and after photos just a little animated tooth with tears running down its face and plaque creeping up from the bottom in two seconds you feel the problem years of neglect, the guilt of not flossing, that dull ache you've been ignoring for months no voiceover needed people stop because it's disarming, they stay because they recognise themselves, they buy because the fix feels obvious this is why ai animated creatives are quietly outperforming every generic health ad on the feed rt + comment "tooth" and i'll send the full breakdown (follow for dm)

This might be the most important piece of content you consume on AI right now. Context engineering is and will continue to be the biggest lever you can pull to extract value from AI. It's not about who can write the best prompt. It's about who understands what inputs/methodologies to give the AI such that it can generate the best outputs. But if you were in mine and @jimmyslagl's AI course, you will have known that and been taking advantage of it for the last 9 months ;)
Taylor Holiday@TaylorHoliday

What is the AI "Context Layer" and why does it matter? Let me show you a realtime example. If you are experiencing limitations in how AI is able to impact your eCommerce business specifically check this out.

$116k/month from an AI ad featuring a pharmacist recommending a food supplement he's an ai generated character, filmed in an ai generated pharmacy, with a name tag and everything but your brain doesn't question it for a second white coat, shelves full of medicine, confident hands, calm authoritative voice every trust signal is there and none of it is real the viewer thinks they're getting advice from a professional they're watching a synthetic character engineered to convert no actor to pay, no pharmacy to rent, no legal headaches with real doctors just clone the format, swap the product, run it in any country, any language this is why ai ad creatives are going to completely change health and wellness marketing rt + comment "doc" and i'll send you the full breakdown (follow for dm)

$137k in 30 days and it came from a page that looks like wholesome advice, not mass marketing it’s framed like a grandmother exposing an ancient caribbean secret to lower cortisol calm voice, garden background, “listen carefully” energy every video feels organic and educational but behind the scenes it’s a machine same hook structure same authority angle different “ancient” story each time herbs, rituals, morning drinks, stress resets 5–10 videos a day different products plugged into the same narrative the winners get scaled the rest disappear it’s not a creator it’s an ai content engine dressed up as trust rt + comment "cortisol" and i’ll send the breakdown (follow for dm)

@jez_parsons @karlocreates Essentially train editors (not specifically for editor’s tbh) to think like creative strategists who can then submit ad bounties for brands and get paid a percentage of spend. Same same

I heard that a european founder asked the guy from Comfrt at his event what he would do if he didn’t have TikTok Shop He said he’d build his own Looks like he actually is building his own Over the past 6 days I’ve had 2 brands (1 being a client) say they’ve joined Trybe Never heard of it before Turns out guy from Comfrt is behind it Looks like a TikTok Shop affiliate platform but for Meta instead?? Creators get a % of rev from every ad You can submit revision request etc I’m using it for a Dutch brand right now Remember this post when everyone is suddenly raving about it lol jointrybe (dot) com is the URL btw (Not affiliated, just wanted to share)
Bora | Reacher@BoraMutluoglu

@seanfrank @comfrt @JeremyThurswell @davidghiyam Dropping insights on why TikTok shop is still a massive opportunity and what it really takes to scale to 7 and 8 figures a month. Hint it take a shit ton of unscalable personalized work with creators.

Road to $1,000,000 Day 1-4: Revenue: $1,268 Ad Spend: $1,113 Roas: 1.14 Profit: -11% Not bad first few day results. Seeing good soft metrics in the ad account and decent buying intent. Going to continue launching new ads and testing new angles To do: - more ads - advertorial landing page - listicle landing page - email flows I had a previous experience where my ads were at a 1ROAS and I decided to test an advertorial - The advertorial allowed me to scale those same ads to 20k+ in spend at 2+ ROAS My current struggle is testing different ad formats - I am tunnel visioning on one format. Writing this now I think thats because I haven't had success with those other formats so I am concerned of not being able to make "good" ads if I were to try. That stops today. I know what needs to be done so I will take action and do those things. I will assess the results of my actions and adjust accordingly. Repeating the process until my ideal results are achieved I will see you guys in a few days

4 months ago I set a goal to hit $1,000,000 in revenue within 6 months I wish today I was able to post that I hit that goal but truthfully, financially, I’m not any closer than I was 4 months ago I had a great start to Q4 2025 hitting consistent 2-3k days Long story short I stopped selling the product (rookie mistake) and lost a lot momentum The task of starting from scratch again was brutal, and felt so heavy. I’m not to lie it took me a while to get my head straight Moving forward I’ll be sharing my journey to $1,000,000 - posting every 1-3 days with the goal of holding myself accountable I’ll be sharing business updates, success, struggles, and learnings that in the future may help others I still have 2 months to hit my original goal 🫡 See you guys at $1,000,000

Hit me in DM or Comment - I'll send you the full program of this call - the deepest dive into the Bid Caps and Cost Caps media buying EVER. This is the exact way I scaled the account from $300 per day to $100.000+ per day of spend. No Joke.
Andrei Lunev, PhD@andreilunev

🚨You want to scale to $50K/day? $100K/day? Here's the framework. Two clients this month asked me to slow down... not because ads stopped working, but because their supply chain couldn't keep up. 100% of people who've hopped on the call with me have scaled. Zero churn rate means all of them came back with results. Because the fixes are systematic, not random. Here's what happens: First hour: I give you the complete bid caps framework - Exact bid calculation formula - Account structure Meta's dev team confirmed - Creative volume methodology - Scaling without touching budgets - Troubleshooting playbook Second hour: We apply it to YOUR account - Specific fixes for your bottlenecks - Your roadmap to scale The goal: You internalize everything. A lot of "aha" moments. You leave knowing exactly what to do. No follow-ups needed. This isn't a retainer. It's a knowledge transfer. The main purpose? Get rid of other consultants. Get rid of ME. I'm teaching you how to fish, not giving you a fish. Bonus: Exclusive Meta webinar recording (partners only, not available publicly) Zero churn rate. 100% success rate. Not because I'm holding your hand. Because the methodology works. Full program: notion.so/tegra/Facebook… For people who: ✅ Tried bid caps—they wouldn't spend ✅ CAC volatility forcing you back to lowest cost ✅ Ready to execute for guaranteed results Not for people who: ❌ Want hacks, not frameworks ❌ Expect set-and-forget ❌ Follow YouTube best practices I only do these 2-3 times per month. Apply here: notion.so/tegra/Facebook…
