@paullewismoney When mum died I took over bills for my dad who is blind. Realised United Utilities were charging £122/month based on rateable value. Got a meter fitted and bills now £26/ month. Argued they knew they were vulnerable &should have been more proactive. Got refund of 12 months bills

Recommend anyone needing a certain delivery date avoid @marksandspencer. Lots of ‘ we are really sorry but we can’t do anything to help you’. Their driver made a mistake but we now can’t have our delivery until they have ‘rescanned your order’. Customer are processes not people

Despite numerous calls to @marksandspencer and @wincantonplc after delivery mistake by driver still being told no one can help me so daughter has no mattress for when she moves in flat. Staff attitude shocking. Apologies mean nothing without action

But you did advertise walk in 8am-6pm. Full by 8.15am. I have a vulnerable father having surgery I need to care for hence trying to get jab ASAP. Not fair to suggest service is available when it really is not. And hasn’t been for days.

@NHSBSWCCG please do not advertise Bath racecourse as a walk in for jabs when there is so little capacity. Drove 45 mins this morning. Arrived 8.15am (opened at 8am) to be told that capacity for the day has gone already. And it’s been the same for days. Not fair.
