For the last 14 years as an NHS doctor, I have watched this party, these governments, savage the NHS into a crumbling shell of a once great institution. Deliberate, calculated, shameless destruction.
Only one thing to say. Please, if you still want an NHS, do not vote Tory.

@FirstinGlasgow But @FirstinGlasgow I will be charged a £10 cancellation fee for this apparently? I don’t understand why my fault if the service I’ve paid for can’t be offered by your company? Why charge me fee? I didn’t personally decide no bus stops near me for a mile and a half for 5 days

@FirstinGlasgow why are there no temporary stops on South Street for the diversions the 2 and 3 are doing? It is 1.5 miles currently between stops at Queen Victoria Drive and the Thornwood Roundabout. It isn’t good enough.

@gerry92145129 @FirstinGlasgow So @FirstinGlasgow why if others are being refunded lost days can I not be? I’ve been going round in circles in the DMs now for days trying to understand why it is my fault if First can’t provide me with a service I have already paid for.

@FirstinGlasgow @FirstinGlasgow if you could help me get a refund on my e-ticket to cover these 5 days I would be very grateful since as above I am now not provided with a bus service I can use for 5 days due to no temporary bus stops for a mile and a half despite having paid for a 4 week ticket

@FirstinGlasgow Can you let me know how to claim back the money I have spent on a First4Week Zone ticket to cover the 5 days of this diversion? I am now a mile away from any bus stop for 5 days and so unable to use it?
