@simki121 That's what most people believe. Over the past 40 years, I've been particularly successful at investing whenever I've gone against the grain. “But today, everything is different” is something I've heard many times over the years.

Five years ago, I sold HubSpot at a significant profit because a valuation of 25x EV/Sales was too expensive, even for a great high-growth SaaS company.
Today, HUBS is trading at approximately:
• 2x EV/Sales
• 10x EV/FCF
It's the same company. It is now much bigger, but still has solid double-digit growth. Much stronger cash flow. High gross margin. Completely different valuation.

Orbáns Vater ist auch erfolgreicher Unternehmer und hat die Immobilie bereits 2011, also kurz nach Amtsantritt seines Sohnes, gekauft.

Es wird extrem eng für Orban. Die EU setzt in einer Woche alles daran, dass er verliert. Aber der Ober-Gau für die EU wäre wohl, wenn der Nachfolger einfach die selbe Politik macht wie Orban :D immerhin stammt er aus der selben Partei ursprünglich.

Seit Februar sind wieder 40.000 Euro Kursgewinn dazugekommen.
By the way: Das ist quasi mein Nettojahresgehalt 😅
Aktueller Stand: 853.000 Euro, davon 352.000 Euro Kursgewinn.
Das entspricht einem Plus von 72 Prozent.
Der interne Zinsfuss liegt bei 43 Prozent.
Neu dazu kamen 40 Stück $ABVX Aktien
