@splashmango Yeah. For example, when one has their 'root chakra' (which is at the base of the spine) in alignment, they are supposed to feel grounded and secure, so just wondering if this chart has a correlation with chakra charts in terms of feeling certain emotions.

I’m interested in mapping out emotion from a physiological pov. Sometimes when people can’t name what they are feeling, I pull out this chart and meet with them in #vr. It helps with distractions. This is a guide and a good beginner point.
