Day from hell in my portfolio… a lot of red except $PLTR, $AAPL and $MSFT… I will be checking earnings for $ASML (Wednesday) and $TSM (Thursday). We’ll see what happens…

I’m an idiot and I love making money so I stay memory , semis, mags , space concentrated. I love nail color and hair styling . I buy every single panic on my preferred positions and you still want to know why my averages are low …

This morning I went to my first talking therapy session. A year ago, if you’d told me I’d be doing that, I’d have laughed. Between the heart issues, being signed off work and everything that’s been going on with Skint Dad, I’ve not been in a great place. I think I’ve spent months trying to fix everything at once and mostly just getting nowhere. I’ve also realised I’m very good at telling myself things aren’t that bad. “Get through today and worry about it tomorrow.” “I’ll sort it next week.” “Things will probably improve on their own.” Before you know it, months have gone by. Anyway, I went. It wasn’t what I expected. There wasn’t some massive breakthrough. It was just a conversation. I’ve got another session in a couple of weeks. I’m sharing this because I know I won’t be the only person who’s been carrying things around for longer than they should have. And, while I might not be in the right place to accept it fully yet, things do and can get better.

I just want to say that there are opportunities in the market if you have the cash and conviction. I only started position in $MU in March this year ( I sold a property and had the cash to deploy). I bought BIG and added here and there so my avg $344.1 month $MRVL ($262)

Dear new investors… I’m 5 figures down pre market opening. I’m ok and so are you. This is a normal pull back and we use days like today to size up our fave positions and see how our overall portfolios behave. I have said numerous times that I have my fat lovely stock growth/semi/mags etc portfolio …and another very large infumable shit boring /pension like/turtle type move/dividend/securities sort of crap portfolio. I’ve come clean also ( a screenshot leaked here showing part of it 🙄🥴) that I have a big stomach for risk and volatility because I play in 2 fields. I’m always ready for the next dip and the next bargain shopping.
