@nectar I've just realised the verification step works for the £13.99 voucher (just not the £15.99). I'm no programmer but I reckon you need to get onto your software provider and ask them to replicate the verification coding from the £13.99 voucher and apply it to the £15.99 voucher :-)

@nectar just trying to order a @SkyMovies voucher off the Nectar app but coming across 'System Error' when it's checking its me (When I deliberately type in the wrong pin it shows 'Invalid Code') any chance you can sort?

@nectar I was hoping for the voucher code that your app would have sent me had the 'system error' not occurred. A 28 day investigation is kinda pointless & a waste of everyones time when the offer ends in 2 days :-)
