@HiltonHonors The party next door were causing such a disturbance, which including banging on our door. We did report this to the night receptionist. She advised that she would give us a free night stay as gold members, however this has yet to be received.

@hiltonhonors I am writing to inform of the traumatic night my family and I were subject to whilst being guests at Dartford Hilton. We were forced to leave our hotel room with our 2 year old daughter in the early hours of the morning as we felt so unsafe.
