Actually, given it’s all nonrefundable and that means I’m going to Edinburgh anyway, I think I’ll visit them in person to ask directly. I produce author events in a bookstore in Western Sydney and I wouldn’t do this to a local author let alone an international one.

My Edinburgh book launch was cancelled today. It’s in two days. This is messed up. I have non-refundable train tickets and hotel booked. It was a free event with a dozen people registered and plenty of time for more. Does that seem right to you?
