For each step of a business you could look at the decision which needs to be made, the data which aids the prediction and the judgement required on the trade-offs. In time AI may help with this but for now it might be a simple way to analyze process

@codyplof Delete every recurring meeting and ask whoever runs them to re-justify. Stop catch ups with staff, agree outcomes and ask them to slack you if they come across friction or have a skills gap. Ask meeting requesters to email you why - half the time you can solve via e-mail

Prediction and judgement are 2 parts of decision making. Prediction is estimating the probabilities of possible outcomes. Judgement determines the payoff or how much each outcome is worth. Humans try to confirm what they already believe. So prediction may improve if AI does it
