@simplenoteapp I can't log into the app for Mac. The iOS app and the web version work. On Mac 2.24.0 I get "could not log in with the provided credentials". The app store ver says "We're having problems. Please try again soon". I never get the one time code either. VPN is off.

@lyj412309348 Hi! On your Mac, you should see an “Insert Checklist” button in the editor toolbar to add a checklist to your note.

@simplenoteapp why I can not find this function in my MAC computer? hope I can have this function im my MAC because it is a wonderful function.

@lyj412309348 @teja2495 Thanks for your feedback! I’ve added your request for a dedicated folders feature to our list of feature requests.

@simplenoteapp @teja2495 using the tagging function as a substitute for folders is rather cumbersome. hope that a dedicated folder function can be introduced. also look forward to the improvement of basic functions, such as default font settings, ordered lists, unordered lists, and subheading settings.

@simplenoteapp Could you add a default font setting function? I like STSong and hope to allow users to set the default font by themselves. Also, please add the functions of ordered lists and unordered lists.

@tamahome02000 Thanks for reaching out! This issue has been reported to our developers here: github.com/Automattic/sim…. In the meantime, some users have found that using Shift + Cmd + V to paste helps avoid the bubble.

@mdgrkb I just tested sync both ways on my Galaxy S23 and desktop app, and it's working as expected. If the issue persists on your end, please post the details at forums.simplenote.com so the support team can take a closer look.

@simplenoteapp Hello. Simplenote app version 2.35 (179) on android 15 is not synchronizing, not uploading changes, only downloading. Tried deleting cache, reinstalled app, but still fails. No error message, just not uploading changes.

@mdgrkb @firefox This is a known issue specific to Firefox. You can follow the discussion on the Firefox Support forum here: connect.mozilla.org/t5/discussions… 💡 Using another browser like Edge or Chrome is a good workaround.

@simplenoteapp Hello. There seems to be an issue with @firefox and Simplenote. Pasting text is not working. Tried Edge and there's a permission popup which I allowed and that way it works. Closed and relaunched Firefox, but still can't paste text into Simplenote.

My @simplenoteapp is not synchronizing. I have a different version of each document on each device! 😨 I also can't open simperium.com wich I understand is the underhood sync service.

@simplenoteapp Is there a problem with the Windows app? I can't login with pass, and after login in with code, the app doesn't load any of my notes...

@simplenoteapp im having a problem my notes aren’t syncing at all it’s saying create new note n it’s also saying there’s a problem with server connection i checked trash not there what should i do

@alexdamaceno Glad it's working! That router refresh might have cleared a temporary network issue. If it happens again, try force-quitting/restarting Simplenote & your devices, and check for app updates.

@alexdamaceno - we don't see any issues on our end. It's possible that the issue is related to your setup. Would you try clearing the browser cache, rebooting your router to clear its cache, and try clearing your computer’s DNS cache: support.opendns.com/hc/en-us/artic… Do you perhaps have a firewall...
