@SimlishGirl @xxtinkerbell I hear you. When you do turn it back on, double check that. Also, I was reading that settings were not sticking because people weren’t fully closing the EA app after selecting the settings.

I honestly would advise simmers to not be in such a rush to update their games when a patch drops, just play offline fr, many mods WILL break and you will continue to have issues if you have broken mods in your game that needs to be updated - yal should know better by now 😂😂

@xxtinkerbell @SimlishGirl Simlish girl - Do you have your computer set to where it auto syncs to cloud to back up files? I was reading that can trigger the EA app to launch auto updates even if you have it turned off.

@SimlishGirl i have no idea why or how its auto updating people games, luckily when i opened my app it didnt force update so idk how its happening to some people

the sims community is the most tech illiterate gaming community i've ever seen. YOU are responsible for your modded game. everyone knows what to do before and after a patch update but somehow after every patch, y'all act brand new and rude towards both the team and modders.
