We have Mt Rushmore of Survivor chats all the time - but should Aubry be in those now? I compare her to another Queen mentioned in these talks, Cirie, as we round out #Survivor50 this week

@SurvivorSFT Id say this is too results based and not an accurate way to judge players. Survivors not a math equation and theres always more context. A 6th placer couldve played a better game than a 3rd placer. Cirie had to pull off WAY more to get as far as she did this season than Aubry did

Aubry on Survivor Mount Rushmore. she can take Boston Rob's spot. She won on a season full of legends. He won in a season designed specifically for him. 🤣

Been getting a lot of people telling me I dislike Aubry bc I haven't liked her winner's edit. I'll admit I don't like the fact that the show is shoving her down our throats as secretly responsible for every move. But I think Aubry's playing a really strong game, especially given her position. Aubry initially was on the outs and everybody's consensus target. Somehow she has laid low, stayed under the radar, and built up her position. If Aubry came out hard guns-blazing, then she would already have been sent home, like so many others who tried to seize control. Instead, she's been patiently building relationships and finding small moments to influence strategy. She keeps herself a part of every conversation. Even selling out that Rick was idol hunting was another great way to integrate herself with the power players. Now she's in everyone's ear, and has the capacity to nudge the game in a way that benefits her. She is thinking not just about getting out threats, but who the right people are to sit next to in the final 3, which is much rarer among #Survivor players than you would think. She's playing the game she has to, which honestly is the best Survivor virtue there is. What's also really remarkable about Aubry this season is how DIFFERENT her game is than her previous outings. In Kaoh Rong, Aubry was the strategic power player, who somehow repeatedly rebounded from the medevac of multiple close allies. Here, she's shown she can adapt and play a very different, more under-the-radar game. She also clearly learned from her time on Edge of Extinction, where she was booted for playing too hard. I've found commenting anything about Aubry brings out all kinds of feelings from people, in a way that seems different than opinions about most other contestants. (Maybe this is also true of Jonathan). Overall I don't love her edit but am really enjoying her game!

Given the over-the-top winner’s edit for Aubry, my prediction is that she is going to be given editorial credit for taking out Cirie, who is being shown to be the player of the season. #survivor

@Nerdophile1990 @itznotjay She's one of the best social & strategic players. But, she's overrated. A key pillar of the game is Outlast and she has never been able to. If her only path to winning is aligning with people who would gladly lose to the best (Ozzy). Then her game is lacking in key aspects.

Andrea’s interview with Aubry during GC finale. I loved Andrea’s and Aubry’s relationship and what little we got on Game Changers(cuz editing sucked). Cirie ruined a possible great ending of that season by taking Andrea out for no reason. #survivor #survivor50

Low key kinda hoping the players snipes Cirie this week so that the Cirie glazing can stop before the finale. Otherwise, all we are going to hear after the winner is crowned is "Cirie robbed goddess". #Survivor50 #survivor

Cirie is amazing at the strategy and social game, No Doubt! But does her path to end and winning only happens if she can align herself with people like Ozzy who would gladly "lose to the best"? Even Lisa from AusVsTheWorld was willing to do the same. #Survivor50 #survivor
