content rewards has a payout problem and it's been running for months and the staff gave it in writing clipper payouts are being held for months at end here's how it works when it breaks approved videos with an payout estimate have been stuck in pending.. when asked, the staff claimed it as a "bug" here's one creator two clips submitted june 17. approved june 22. $93 each. 357k combined views. still not paid. his words: "over 1 month!!!!!!!!!!" he's not one unlucky guy open the community channels any day this month and it's a wall of people chasing the same staff member who handles payouts "still hasnt replied to me, its been a month" "ANYONE GOT PAID IN JULY?" "please help me bro, I work really hard, u guys know it" "good afternoon again, still not replying" that last group spans multiple days of people politely begging for money they already earned the payout guy replies to none of them after days at end, when the staff replies, this is what you get: "Please don't worry, this is due to a payout bug our team is currently working on, where some payouts may stay stuck longer than usual before moving forward." meanwhile content rewards founder post success stories of their clippers as the clipper best explains: "they'll just ignore or ban us... 'this guy made $70000 last month just by clipping' and thousands of new clippers who don't know yet they won't get paid properly will join the platform. all the ones who leave will just be replaced by new ones" and this is not five people. scroll any channel and find threads hundreds of messages long complaining about the same so here's the only question that matters, and it's for the owner directly campaign budgets get deposited up front. an approved clip means the money is allocated and owed. so where is it?! daniel I know you're seeing this, pay 96% of the clippers waiting on their payment

you can legally steal any viral ugc, rewrite it for your product, and generate it with AI UGC. people are generating photorealistic AI actors that hold real products in their hands and reading scripts that convert like real UGC. Vodafone already ran a full TikTok campaign with AI influencers. same engagement, same conversions, fraction of the cost here's the ugc system anyone can run today: - find a product that hits an emotional pain point (aging skin, insecurity, frustration). one retinol serum video has 8M views and 300k likes with comments begging for the link - download the viral video, transcribe it with Gemini, then feed the transcript + your product + your audience into Claude. it spits out 3 scripts that sound like a friend talking, not an ad - build your actor in any ai ugc platform: filter by age, location, accessories, or generate one from a prompt. nano banana places your exact product in her hand with real lighting and shadows - create two versions of the same actor. no product for the problem hook, product in hand for the solution. that switch is what makes it feel like a real story - use the scenes feature to generate actual application footage: fingertips dabbing serum, circular motions, natural hand movement. not just a talking head - a UGC creator charges $200 to $600 for this exact video. it takes 2 minutes and you can make 10 variations tomorrow the brands winning right now aren't the ones with the biggest budgets. they're the ones testing fastest. reply "ugc" + RT and i'll send you the full video so you can build this too.

pinterest trends + chatgpt workflow is actually f*cking cracked for affiliates people are turning a single Pinterest product photo into $1 UGC videos with photorealistic AI models and stacking affiliate commissions on autopilot. no camera, no actors, no inventory. the products are already proven to sell before you touch them here's the system anyone can run today: - pull Pinterest shopping trends filtered by outbound clicks (real buyer intent, not scrollers. dresses is at 37% MoM growth right now) - read the demographic data: 86% women aged 25 to 34, so the AI model matches the exact buyer - feed the product photo into Vmake Agent and get a 20 second UGC video with script, b-roll, close-ups and 360 spins. a creator charges $150 to $500 for this. the tool does it for roughly $1 - post to Pinterest with the affiliate link in the product tag (never the destination box, that gets you banned) - compile 10 videos into one YouTube upload. one creator hit 19,000 views in a day on a single dress video - recreate proven viral thumbnails in 30 seconds by swapping the face and cleaning the layout 3 pins a day, same niche, different products. commissions while you sleep. reply "SYSTEM" + RT and i'll send you the full video so you can build this too.

We drove 350k real downloads in 4 weeks for a consumer app with UGC The crazy part is we did it with 'only' 27M views That's a ~1.3% views → download conversion rate Most UGC campaigns convert way lower than that So we wrote up what we’d tell any founder starting a UGC campaign today Creator fit, demo-led content, testing angles, 3-platform distribution, real installs instead of vanity metrics Comment BREAKDOWN and I’ll send it over (must be following to receive the DM)

gemini omniflash is actually f*cking cracked. you can animate/edit any video with a text prompt. character swaps, object transforms, full environment changes without regenerating/rotoscoping. everyone using AI to to animate and edit videos right now hits the same wall. the clip comes out 90% right and you regenerate from scratch hoping the 10% fixes itself. it never does. the fix is using your video as the input. omniflash edits what's already there instead of rolling the dice again. here's what's in the system: > the two-layer premiere trick: generate the same shot twice (one with background removed), stack them, cut at one frame, instant scene change > character swap with a single reference image (plus the one line you need or the model keeps the original's features) > object transforms that leave the rest of the frame untouched: stone into glowing sphere, candles into flowers > style transfer from an image reference instead of text, way more accurate > why stacking edits in one prompt breaks everything and the exact step order that doesn't > the audio limitation nobody mentions and how to work around it i packaged every prompt, the edit sequence, and the premiere layering setup. RT + reply "OMNI" and i'll send it over.

I JUST SOLD MY COMPANY AT 16 YEARS OLD words can not describe how i feel rn we exited for 7-figures. virality did $3M+ in revenue in 10 months, fully bootstrapped this is the full story of how it all started and ended, but first I need to be honest: my name isn’t alex, its yanal. as of today i’m one of the youngest self made millionaires in the world but it wasn’t like this a few years ago. when i was 14 i realized i wanted to build something awesome (and make a lot of money doing so) i found my cofounder Ivelin because one of his affiliates was posting on TikTok about a make money server. i joined as a regular member, nothing special. when he reopened the affiliate program I jumped in and my first video did 3M views. that got me promoted to manager. a while later I pitched him on starting a clipping agency together. that agency became Virality. we met Matt on discord around the time he got a job offer at Whop to be their head of clipping i told him not to go, and to start Virality with me. he said yes we’re three teenagers who met on the internet, zero funding, zero connections. and in under a year we built something worth acquiring. and it has been the most FUN time of my life we’ve been on the wall street journal, got in contact with the whitehouse, ran content for BILLIONAIRES, pissed off tjr, worked with tjr, have made todays news dozens of times, and our content has been seen by 300B+ people Virality is in great hands with .@ninja_reach and will keep helping creators and brands win. as for us, we're going all in on Content Rewards, the platform Virality itself runs on. we built one agency on top of it. now we're building what every agency in this space runs on. shoutouts to my cofounders, close friends and partners: @waliet took a shot on a random affiliate with one viral video and let me pitch him a whole company. mentored me from day one. nobody understands this industry like him. @organicbond could've been our biggest competitor. Instead he became the best CGO I know and the hardest worker on the team. @facelessfarms for being our head director and one of the best marketers i’ve ever worked with. this guy is amazing. @danvsi for picking us up to build content rewards with him. none of this would be possible without his influence @itspairaw for helping us with our twitter content early on and later on during the transition. hands down the best marketer on twitter. and most importantly: thank ALL of you for following me and supporting me stay in touch, content rewards has some massive updates coming soon and i can NOT wait to share them with you

In the last 16 hours > I got laid off my job > And then kicked out of my house (at 18) > landed in a new city, in a part I’ve never been to > got called a liar and cheat for trying to fix my passport birthday to my real birthday thanks to my parents > now $2000 are wasted that I spent trying to fix this > then I met some random guy who tried comforting me when I was crying who turned out to be a complete creep and has sent me 19 paragraphs and 21 calls since > one guy started chasing me around > the random guy and his frnds tried to follow me > then some other guy tried to rob me > 3 guys at the bus started fighting over me (thankfully they got kicked out of the bus) > some creepy guy stared at me for the whole 2 hours of the bus ride like he was gonna follow me after I get off the bus and do unspeakable things to me (I thought this shit was a stereotype, but OH MY GOD this is real) > after that, I went to the hotel and they told me I can’t stay because I don’t have a passport (which I do, but I can’t show it to them because it shows my wrong birthdate and much says I’m a minor when I’m literally biologically 18) > so I had to cancel and had to travel to a different hotel > now I’m in the freaking hotel room And after all of this, I feel so freaking happy honestly (except the part where the guys were after me) On the bright side > I’m fucking unemployed. How amazing is that like I’m free. It’s time to chadmax and become a millionaire > secondly, the amount of people that called me an athlete because I was wearing a tracksuit is genuinely insane > and now I feel inspired to become an athlete because these strangers thinking that I was an athlete had more hope in their eyes for me than my parents ever did It’s time to start a new chapter, cause basically my whole old life is stripped off of me And I’m so grateful for that because everything from here is only above

google flow + claude + gpt image is actually f*cking cracked i figured out how to lock one AI character across an entire video. same face, same voice, same outfit, every single shot. zero drift. everyone making AI video right now hits the same wall. the character looks different in every clip so you can never tell an actual story. you get 5 second clips, not films. the fix isn't better prompting. it's building the character ONCE before you ever touch video, then referencing it everywhere. here's the workflow: > build the character inside Flow's character section, not a per-clip prompt > design the voice + personality one time and reuse it across every clip > generate a full turnaround sheet (Claude writes the prompt, GPT image renders the angles) > pull the character into any scene with a single @ tag > ingredients vs frames: when to let a shot float vs lock it to your source image > the end-frame loop that chains 4-10 sec clips into one seamless scene > stitch + trim in the timeline editor and export the whole thing as one film i packaged the entire thing. every prompt, the exact tool order, the character sheet template, and the continuity loop nobody actually explains. RT + reply "FLOW" and i'll send it over (must be following so i can dm)
