• मेरी लाश को पापा छू भी ना पाएं • मैं हार गया, पापा जीत गए ये बातें प्रियांशु श्रीवास्तव ने अपने सुसाइड नोट में लिखकर जान दे दी. प्रियांशु अपने पिता के साथ कानपुर कोर्ट में वकालत की प्रैक्टिस करते थे. उसी कोर्ट की पांचवीं मंजिल से छलांग लगा दी. प्रियांशु की उम्र 24 साल थी, लेकिन दुख पहाड़ सा. प्रियांशु ने लिखा- छह साल की उम्र में चुपके से फ्रिज में रखा मैंगोशेक पी लिया, इसपर पापा ने नंगा कर घर से बाहर निकाल दिया. वो बात जेहन में घर कर गई. • पापा मुझे नामर्द, हिजड़ा, अपंग, विकलांग और तरह-तरह के अपशब्द बोलते हैं • बात-बात पर घर से निकाल देने, काम से निकाल देने की धमकी देते हैं • मोहल्ले के सामने प्रियांशु को बेइज्जत किया जाता सुसाइड करने से पहले भी यही हुआ. किसी बात पर सबसे सामने उसे डांट लगाई गई. प्रियांशु का सब्र जवाब दे गया, कुछ समझ ना आया और जान देना ही एक रास्ता दिखा. प्रियांशु ने ये भी लिखा है- भगवान किसी को ऐसे पापा ना दें.

अमरावती (महाराष्ट्र) में 19 वर्षीय आरोपी अयान अहमद तनवीर अहमद पर आरोप है कि उसने नाबालिग लड़कियों को बहला-फुसलाकर यौन शोषण किया, उनके वीडियो बनाए और वायरल करने की धमकी देकर ब्लैकमेल किया। लगभग 100-350 अश्लील वीडियो वायरल हो चुके हैं. सोमवार को राज्यसभा सांसद डॉ. अनिल बोंदे और भाजपा प्रदेश प्रवक्ता शिवराय कुलकर्णी ने अमरावती ग्रामीण एसपी से शिकायत दर्ज कराई। मंगलवार को आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर 21 अप्रैल तक पुलिस हिरासत में भेज दिया गया। पुलिस फोन की जांच कर रही है, साइबर सेल वीडियो हटाने की प्रक्रिया में जुटा है। POCSO सहित अन्य धाराओं में केस दर्ज। पीड़ित परिवार अब तक सामाजिक कलंक के डर से आगे नहीं आए।

I saw the video where a juvenile is driving a SUV and had a collision with a biker, leading to bikers' death. While underage driving related laws will apply to the juvenile and his parents, prima facie, you cannot attribute the death to him because in my opinion, the fault was with the biker. Now, you could argue that the biker would be alive if the juvenile had not taken out the vehicle on the road in the first place. But I don't know how this argument stands legally. But the reality is that this head-on collision happened because the biker was himself undertaking a high speed overtake of the bus while the SUV was in its lane. The biker was practically in the middle of the opposing lane. Again, one can argue here that because it was a juvenile who was driving, he wasn't mature enough to take evasive action like slowing down/breaking or turning left to avoid the bike). But overall, I don't think you can put the blame of the actual accident on rash driving by the juvenile. If anyone has contrary information, please do mention.
