@AXS_UK Hi, Im trying to buy a Fred Again resale ticket but I get to the checkout stage and it declines my card! Ive tried 3 diff cards all plenty of credit balance and used already today but all getting declined??. Have missed out now as it timed out! Can someone help? Thanks

@samantharlmc @AXS_UK Literally same thing happened to me. I have missed out 3 times now! @AXS_UK can you help please? Im clearly not a bot, ive tried 2 devices separate occasions, one window open on one browser, wifi on wifi off , cookies and cache cleared, everything your flawed site suggests?

@AXS_UK hi, I’m trying to get Fred again tickets at resale, managed to get to the payment screen. I have tried 3 diff debit cards and they have all declined despite no problem with any of the cards and enough money? What is going on? I’m seeing other people have the same issue

@AXS_UK Ive only used one browser one window, no refresh. All obvious but it has now happened a second time

@sints78 Hi, when completing your ticket purchase, please stay within one browser window on one device only. Opening multiple windows or tabs to purchase tickets may result in errors. Do not refresh the page during this time.
