* According to the advertisement, the exposed information includes ICCID (Integrated Circuit Card Identifier) and PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) data associated with SIM cards.
* The actor shared a sample allegedly containing subscriber-related records and telecommunications identifiers.
* ICCID and PUK information can be highly sensitive when combined with additional subscriber details, potentially enabling account abuse, social engineering, or SIM-related fraud.
* The dataset is being marketed privately, with interested buyers instructed to contact the seller directly.
Analyst Note: Telecommunications datasets containing SIM-card identifiers and PUK information warrant close scrutiny. If the claims are legitimate and current, affected customers could face elevated risks of account takeover attempts, SIM-swapping activity, and targeted phishing operations.
