Word on the street was that Shoe Surgeon had some sort of Covenant Not To Sue legal agreement with Nike from years ago. Allegedly. I guess we’ll see if that is brought up in Shoe Surgeon’s defence, or if it was just a myth. If it does exist, will be interesting to see what Nike has to say about it in this case. cc @SneakerLegal
