@sulakshna7783 Yes Sukanya.. Here mothers being the primary, I couldn't resist but talk to management on behalf of her. Are we failing to be Empathetic? We worked 2.5 years from home giving our utmost ? Hasn't she proven her Efficiency? After all the talk she gets only 1 more month of WFH.
