Trump has repeatedly advanced policies that enriched himself and his businesses. Reports of stock trading while serving as President are yet another reminder that we are witnessing the most openly corrupt administration in modern American history.

These days I’m at a loss for words. The new corruption scandal is just bananas. Trump has been using inside information to trade stocks and make millions. And the scale of the trading is just mind blowing. Here’s what we know.

BREAKING: HOLY SMOKES! Democratic superstar Graham Platner pulls ahead of Republican incumbent Susan Collins by a staggering 9 points! The people of Maine are fed up with this do-nothing right-winger... According to independent polling from the University of New Hampshire Survey Center that was conducted from May 21 to 25, Platner is leading Collins 51-42%. 6% are still undecided and 2% prefer "another candidate." This new lead is even greater than the 7 points recorded by a Pan Atlantic Research poll that was released last week. Momentum is building behind Platner and you can feel it in the onslaught of smears from panicking Republicans and corporate, aggressively pro-Israel "Democrats." Platner's campaign is built around lifting up the working class, who have been betrayed at every turn by the 5-term Senator Susan Collins. While she likes to present herself as a reasonable moderate, in practice she sides with Trump's fascist agenda every time it really matters. On top of that, rumors of health problems have begun to plague Collins as time and again she has been spotted visibly shaking in videos. While she claims that the symptom is a result of a "benign tremor," she's a professional liar. You don't survive this long as a Republican politician without developing a profoundly adversarial relationship with the truth. If Platner wins this race, as it seems increasingly likely that he might, it will prove that brash, unapologetic progressivism is a winning strategy. We don't have to offer voters watered-down centrism. We can offer them a bold vision of the future and deliver lasting, meaningful change. In six days, Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger vetoed two major bills from the Democratic majority: one expanding public-sector collective bargaining rights and another removing protections against ICE arrests at courthouses, schools, and healthcare facilities.

The DOJ Rapid Response account announced this week that it is "proud" to remove "partisan propaganda" from the Justice Department's website. The propaganda in question is federal court records. One deleted press release documented Andrew Taake. Taake came to the Capitol while on pretrial release for a pending child-solicitation case in Texas. He arrived armed with bear spray and a metal whip. He sprayed police officers four times. He hit an MPD officer with his metal whip. He pleaded guilty to felony assault of law enforcement. Sentenced to 74 months. Another deleted press release documented David Dempsey of Santa Ana. Dempsey stood near a gallows at the Capitol and told an interviewer the hangings depicted were "necessary." He attacked officers in the Lower West Terrace Tunnel, climbed over other rioters to reach the front line, grabbed an officer's baton. He pleaded guilty to two felony counts. Sentenced to 240 months - twenty years. Earlier Mitch McConnell called the administration's $1.8 billion anti-weaponization fund "utterly stupid, morally wrong" specifically because it paid "people who assault cops." The DOJ has now deleted the records of what those people pleaded guilty to and described those records as propaganda. These are not contested verdicts. They are guilty pleas.

The problem with the trump cartel orchestrating so many staged "incidents" is that when something pops off, conspicuously while a major deal is being worked out, it looks staged. A bystander was hurt. It's so exhausting.

Breaking: An armed suspect who fired a gun near the White House tonight is dead after Secret Service Police returned fire. A bystander was also shot -- it's unknown who shot them.
