@site5 your service quality has been degrading in a horrible way since you are part of EIG! I reported an urgent issue regarding getting EPP codes hours ago, and despite my cries for any response from support, I still haven’t receive any reply! This is OUTRAGEOUS!!!
@CyberZen@CyberZen We understand how urgent this is for you and have escalated this case. Our team will be getting back with you via email once they have an update to provide.
@site5 Normally a domain transfer takes about 1 of 2 hours after getting the EPP, and I have been trying to get mine for over a day, it’s not my fault that Site5 is having issues providing me de code!
@CyberZen@CyberZen If your domain is up for renewal while its being transferred, you risk the chance of your domain expiring. For your safety, we recommend renewing your domain name before transferring your domain.
@site5 More time, it’s been over 12 hours ago that I explainer the urgency of my issue - trying to get an epp code since yesterday. For my domain that will expire within less than 6 hours - and what happens than? When I can’t no longer transfer it out, what solution is Site5 providing?
@CyberZen@CyberZen We understand how urgent this is for you and our team is working to get to your case. Please allow them a bit more time to get back with you via email.
@site5 Btw what you just telling me is quite different than what the support agent told me - he said my ticket would get I higher priority - I have a copy of the chat - due to the urgent issue, so who’s telling the true?
@CyberZen@CyberZen Thanks for providing the ticket ID like we asked. As I explained before there is no priority queue, every issue is handled in the order it comes in. I'll send your ticket over to a manager and they'll have someone reach out to you today! Thanks for being patient!
@site5 btw the ticket ref is NLC-676-68941
I have begged support to provide me solution when and if the domain has expired and i wasn't able to transfer out my domain due to the fact have i didn't the code from site on time before the expiration date
@markwirth@markwirth SSL certificates you must purchase & install new certificate (depending on type of SSL, may not be automatic). Applies to reissued SSL certs too. 24HR Live Support can help anytime. Check out: kb.site5.com/web-hosting/we…
@site5 It's concerning that a hosting provider let their SSL certificate expire. Isn't that something that should be part of an internal review process? Now all of your customers like myself are inconvenienced since email isn't working. Will you be crediting our accounts?
@ckenney108@site5support@ckenney108 Hello there, thanks for taking your time to report this concern. Our team is aware of this problem and is working to resolve it as quick as possible.
