@kates_photo@site5 Hello Kate, we saw your FB message, and have invited you to DM the ticket ID so we can see whats going on. Please hit us up there, when you have the chance.
@site5 has made my life a living hell for the past 6 days. They have taken my website down and have made error after error while I try to get it back up. Their "admins" have the power to fix the situation, and they are not.
@markwirth Hi Mark, our Administrators have placed a notification on our Status page:
status.site5.com
We will get this resolved as quickly as possible. We are very sorry for the delay and inconvenience.
@site5 It's concerning that a hosting provider let their SSL certificate expire. Isn't that something that should be part of an internal review process? Now all of your customers like myself are inconvenienced since email isn't working. Will you be crediting our accounts?
@GeoffTrembley@site5@GeoffTrembley We are still working on these server issues. Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA but we are working as quick as possible.
@p0wermac Thank you for reaching out to us on this matter. We are aware of these issues and are working toward resolving them as quick as possible. We certainly apologize for any inconvenience.
@GeoffTrembley@site5@GeoffTrembley We do not have an ETA for you at this time. I can let you know that they are working on this now and it should be resolved soon.
@site5support Frankly, I don't see the point. You don't respond to tickets until you get twatted about them here and then when you do respond the replies are unhelpful and even contradict each other. Sorry to be candid but it seems like nobody at Site5 knows what you're doing any more.
@site5 I've submitted to separate support tickets today from our Site5 reseller account. Neither has even been acknowledged let alone dealt with. Is site5 still actively supported?
@site5support I'm tired of this. I've had messages telling me it can't be fixed and messages saying it has been while implying it was never broken. It actually was fixed...twice... and broken again...twice. It's currently broken. Sorry guys but in my professional opinion Site5 is now total c
@site5support Since you ask, yes, I have responded to messages promptly and no, I have not been asked for any update. At best I get a 'be patient' message, at worst I get patronised... either way, it seems to take a day or two (or more) to happen each time.
@vodabrain Hello, have you replied to your current Support Ticket for further assistance providing an update as to what you're experiencing? Our Admins can check it out. You can also contact Live Support anytime chat.site5.com they might be able to provide additional helpful tips.
@site5 OK, it feels even more like gaslighting now... because it's broken again: exact same issue as before. So I got a message saying,"What's your problem it works?" It worked, briefly (maybe a few hours), then stopped again.
@site5support hey guys are y’all doing some server upgrades? Getting this on my site.
Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress.
