Been a frequent traveler with Qatar, i am greatly disappointed with its customer service on damaged baggage claim, still struggling to get their attention from november. Worst experience ever .It changed my perspective of Qatar @qatarairways

@qrsupport . I submitted the report on Qatar site for damaged baggage. Made calls every few days to local office as mentioned, provided more documentation. For almost a month my father kept calling the local office, now they stopped responding his calls .unacceptable

@AmericanAir I had one of the worst experience travelling with American Airlines and their response to my experience is like we will take care of you when you join for the return journey and literally they did nothing!! Worst Customer experience all the way ..Too Bad all the way

@cathaypacific I have been really disappointed by the service and response of Cathay pacific.I dont see Cathay as any concern for Customer and it shows that it is not their core value.

@AmericanAir I booked with family a 2 year old in American and I checked in airport 3 hours before. Because of bad policies and bad treatment in check-in process they delayed and denied boarding at gate because of overbooking and I missed international connection.worst carrier
