@SixbyNico our home Tokyo box was delivered earlier by DPD badly damaged. Kimchi everywhere, bao buns unwrapped coming out of corner of a sodden box and salt everywhere. Customer service have partially refunded and suggested we get more buns from the supermarket. Seriously?!
