🚨ICE/Border Patrol agents are now literally assaulting Latino workers for the crime of… standing on a construction site.
In New Orleans, a video shows agents storming a construction site, grabbing a man who’s just standing there, tackling him to the ground, sitting on him, and handcuffing him… no conversation, no cause, nothing.
Let’s be extremely clear about the law:
You are not required to speak to ICE or Border Patrol. You do not have to hand over ID. They cannot enter private property without a warrant.
Yet, these agents in Louisiana are blatantly ignoring all of that… raiding construction sites, parking lots, and neighborhoods, and violently detaining whoever they feel like. None of this is legal.
This is why community defense matters.
Do not answer ICE/Border Patrol questions. Always film.
Remind people they have the right to remain silent, they do not have to provide information, and the only words anyone should be saying are:
“Am I being arrested, or am I free to go?”
And say it on camera.
