I’ve seen 3X more visibility in AI overviews using this framework 👇 1. Create 5+ topic clusters 2. Add schema (FAQ + HowTo) 3. Add author bio 4. Link to 3 credible sources 5. Add internal linking 6. Optimize content for entities 7. Add short factual summaries 8. Refresh content monthly 9. Use clear headings 10. Verify via Google’s Rich Test Most skip step 1. That’s why AI skips them too.

I audited 100 startups for AI Search. Only 3 scored "Good" 36 were flat out "Poor" Average score: 41/100 The biggest reasons: • No FAQ schema AI can't answer basic questions about their product • Zero third-party presence (No reviews/mentions) AI has no proof they exist • Losing "best tool" answers to Jira & Notion AI recommends the big guys by default These aren't bad startups. They're just invisible to AI. And if AI can't find you, your customers won't either. Want to find out your score? Comment your website below👇🏻

Hustle culture got it half right. Yes, work no matter how you feel, show up every day. But how you feel decides what you build when you sit down. Every major decision that changed my life happened on a day I slept well, trained, and felt clear. Take care of yourself.

X is blowing up. Social media reach feels amazing but it can disappear overnight. Turn those followers into something real: build an email list, sell your own stuff, create income you control. Post daily, engage like crazy, and build your Audience up in the process!

Authority and power are not the same thing. Authority is the title. Power is whether people would follow you without it.

@MickDeBoer Confidence is built in reps, not thoughts. Do it scared → do it again → that’s how it sticks.

3 Destructive mindsets for confidence: • Waiting to "feel ready" • Seeking confidence before action • Believing confident people never feel fear The right mindset: • You'll never feel ready • Action creates confidence • Confident people act despite the fear

The reason you don't make progress on your goals is you have too many of them. And the reason you have multiple goals is to distract yourself from the boring work required to make meaningful progress with one of them.

My mentor at Vanguard told me this and it’s stuck with me… “Poor people try to flex to look rich. Rich people try to flex so poor people never even know.”

It takes everyone a different amount of time to realize everyone is just thinking about themselves, no one was watching, and you should’ve just done whatever the fuck you wanted to all along.

@jarydesign One more lever: Check device data. Mobile usually brings calls → increase bids there. Desktop often wastes budget → reduce or refine.

If I inherited a roofing company's Google Ads account right now, here is the first thing I would do. Pull 90 days of search term reports and sort by cost. I guarantee you will find at least 30% of the budget being eaten by garbage. "Roof painting." "DIY roof repair." "Roof over mobile home." "Metal roof cost Reddit." Real search terms that real roofers are paying for because no one set up negative keywords. That is step one. Build a negative keyword list before changing anything else. Step two: look at what keywords are actually converting. Not clicks. Conversions. Most roofing accounts have click data going back 2 years and zero conversion tracking set up. You are flying blind. Install call tracking, set up form submission goals, and connect them to the campaign. Give the algorithm something to optimize toward. Step three: check the landing pages. "Roofing company" as a keyword sending traffic to the homepage? That is money in a paper bag getting lit on fire. Each campaign needs its own landing page. Roof replacement gets a replacement-specific page. Storm damage gets a damage assessment page. Emergency repair gets an emergency page with a phone number above the fold and nothing else. Step four: look at geo targeting. Most roofing companies bid citywide when they should be radius bidding from their shop. Job density matters. A $350 service call 45 minutes away is not profitable. Tighten the radius, raise the bids within it, and your cost per lead drops immediately. Step five: dayparting. Pull performance by hour of day. For most roofing companies, calls peak between 8am and noon. If you are bidding evenly 24 hours, you are wasting budget on 11pm clicks that never convert. 30 days of cleanup on these five things will cut cost per lead by 30 to 40% without changing a single keyword. Most agencies never do this audit because it takes time and the client can't see the work being done. That is the gap.

OFF/BEAT has raised ₹100 Crore in Seed funding, led by Bessemer Venture Partners. Having built from scratch before, I know what capital can do and what it cannot. This time, I was looking for partners with a global perspective who can help me leverage technology and AI, because that’s where the future lies. Bessemer’s track record with companies like Anthropic, Shopify, Canva, and LinkedIn says it all. I didn’t raise capital because I needed the cheque. I raised it because Anant, Vishal, and Bessemer’s partners across the world bring speed, credibility, network, and strategic support that money alone cannot buy. Announcing this on my wedding anniversary because taking on an investor is like choosing a life partner. You need to get it right. You will live with them through the highs and the lows. You need someone who understands both. @offbeatstudios1 @BessemerVPIndia
